Nestled in the heart of downtown Fairhope, Alabama this project is a multi-building design which create many intimate spaces of relaxation and reflection.  The project was designed on a narrow strip of property which connects the major throughfare of Fairhope Avenue to Del A Mare Avenue and features a mixed-use design that is home to restaurants, galleries, boutique shopping, and livable spaces above. The project takes cues from Spanish Revival and Italian inspired architecture with white stucco walls, tile roof, and arched windows and doorways.
